Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These resin epoxy molds allow for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, withstanding high temperatures ranging from 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like surface within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, wax, or varnish to maintain the mold's shine and prolong its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
