Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a quick curing process for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids from molds.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
