Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - N

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning that the product can be removed after it has dried. These resin epoxy molds are designed to ensure fast curing in resin epoxy pours, withstanding high temperatures ranging from around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields, creating diversity in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the components by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. Homogeneous mixing should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during stirring. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
