Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - M

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and stir slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully harden within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
