Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - L

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after it dries. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which helps in quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, in Turkey, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds available.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It gets a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • Generally, the mold lifespan is 10 uses, but some model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
