Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - K

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, allowing the product to be removed after drying, providing quick drying for resin epoxy pours, and can withstand high temperatures ranging from about 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in many industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant and glass-like after 48 hours.

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and prolong its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
