Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - J

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds, meaning the product can be removed after drying. These molds are suitable for resin epoxy castings that require quick drying in a high-temperature environment, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, make sure the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will take on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance after 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcoholic wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
