Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - I

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be ensured by touching the mixing rod to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like finish within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can help prolong the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
