Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - I

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like surface within 48 hours.

• Important Notice:

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and maintenance of your mold, as well as cleaning procedures, can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's gloss and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
