Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - G

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can be removed after the product has dried, helping epoxy resin pours to cure quickly at high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the shine of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
