Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - F

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Mix 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener in a container and stir slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • The general mold lifespan is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves mold shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
