Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can be removed after the product has dried, enabling rapid curing of resin epoxy castings with a high heat degree, capable of withstanding temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, while in some mold models it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of the mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure long-term use.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold's interior with your fingers.
