Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - C

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, which ensures rapid curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

  • Generally, the mold usage life is 10 times, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
