Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - B

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of epoxy resin pours at a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles are left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It reaches a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

• Important Warning:

  • Generally, the mold usage life is 10 times, but in some model molds, it can be between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
