Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - A

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and stir slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during stirring. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like finish within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
