Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds used in resin epoxy castings that can be easily removed after the product has dried. They enable quick drying of resin epoxy castings by withstanding high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will take 48 hours to reach a scratch-resistant glass-like state.

Important note:
The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, while some of our models may last between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the glossiness of the mold and ensures longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
