Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - D

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold, as well as the way you use and clean it, can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
