Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They facilitate the rapid drying of resin epoxy casts and can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for single use only. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold glossiness and ensures a longer life span.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
