Hologram Popsocket Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the resin epoxy castings have dried, ensuring rapid drying at high temperatures between approximately 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in various sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

Important Note:

• The general life span of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help you prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
