Crystal Epoxy Resin Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy pours with a high heat degree that can withstand an average temperature between 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in various fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix from right to left, left to right, and top to bottom for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours. It fully hardens within 12 hours and achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

Important Note:

• The general service life of the mold is 10 uses, while some model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
• By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer service life.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
