Candle Crystal Epoxy Resin Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to remove, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can ensure a quick drying process in resin epoxy castings with a high heat degree, which can withstand an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

• We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves mold glossiness and ensures a longer service life.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold interior with your fingers.
