Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly by stirring from right to left, left to right, and top to bottom for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, ensure the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It reaches a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a long lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
