Candle Crystal Epoxy Resin Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, which means they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can ensure rapid drying in resin epoxy pours, with a high heat degree that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant and glass-like within 48 hours.

• The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and using it properly, including cleaning procedures, can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and removing residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
