Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can ensure fast curing in resin epoxy casts, with a high heat resistance capable of withstanding temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors according to your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It reaches a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

• The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses; however, some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage methods and cleaning procedures can help you prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
