Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to remove, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a quick curing for resin epoxy pours that can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable, not for one-time use only, resin molds. With over 600 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey, these molds can create variations in many sectors based on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. A homogeneous mixture should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids for mold cleaning.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
