Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow quick drying of resin epoxy casts, which can withstand high temperatures in the range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 times, while some model molds can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and using it properly, including cleaning procedures, can prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
