Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed from resin epoxy casts after they have dried, ensuring quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable and not for one-time use only. Depending on your imagination, resin epoxy molds can create differences in various sectors. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

• The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
