Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for rapid curing of resin epoxy castings in an environment with a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.
