Earring Necklace Jewelry Keychain Silicone Epoxy Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried, allowing for quick drying of the product at a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. The resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion to ensure a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will take on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
