Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from resin epoxy casts after they have dried, allowing for quick drying between approximately 200 and 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Our resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in many industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like surface within 48 hours.

• The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, wax, or varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure longevity.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
