Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that can be used to create resin epoxy castings that can be removed after the product has dried, speeding up the drying process for resin epoxy castings that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use resin molds. With over 600 different resin epoxy mold models currently available in Turkey, our silicone molds can be used in various sectors to create different designs based on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the components thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back-and-forth, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion. The stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant, glass-like finish within 48 hours.

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, while some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, wax, or varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are best for cleaning epoxy residues effectively.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
