Jewelry Casting Mold Holographic Keychain Resin Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. These resin epoxy molds allow rapid drying of resin epoxy casts, with a high heat resistance of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, moving from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish after 48 hours.

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10, but some of our models have a lifespan of 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
