Round Pendant Resin Epoxy Mold - 2.5 cm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried, maintaining a high temperature of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Our resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold gloss and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
