Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds that can be taken out after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts at high temperatures ranging from about 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many fields can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10, but in some model molds, it can be between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer time.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish, as they maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
