Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the mold after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, which facilitates the quick drying of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. Homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually around 10 uses, but some mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
