Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily separable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, facilitating the quick drying of resin epoxy casts.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely solidifies within 24 hours. It acquires a glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last up to 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
