Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures in a hot environment, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy pours.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. The stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and allow it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's gloss and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
