Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they are molds that can withstand high temperatures around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, enabling rapid drying of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many areas can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and top to bottom motion. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture is achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick.
Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and allow it to dry.
It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours.
It achieves a glass-like state within 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using a mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
