Resin Epoxy Mold for Ring - 17mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours. It will fully harden within 12 hours and will take on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

• The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it will preserve the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
