Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds that allow quick drying of resin epoxy casts, withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment once the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently in Turkey, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. During mixing, stir from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. The mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it becomes scratch-resistant and glass-like. Color: Transparent

• The general usage life of the mold is usually 10 times, some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
