Epoxy Resin Ring Mold - 17mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a quick curing process for resin epoxy pours. Our silicone molds are reusable and not one-time use molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it reaches a scratch-resistant glass-like state. Color: Transparent

• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold gloss and ensure longer usage.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
