Epoxy Resin Mold - Ring Mold - 17 mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning that the product can be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can preserve a high temperature of around 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can also create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a right to left, left to right, and bottom to top motion. Homogeneous mixture must be obtained by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick during mixing. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

• The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and prolong its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold interior with your fingers.
