• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product easily after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, providing fast curing for resin epoxy castings in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray as it preserves the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
