• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a quick drying process for resin epoxy castings, which can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and will fully harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
