Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for rapid curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.
- Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

Important Notice:
- The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some models can be used up to 20-25 times.
- Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
- We recommend using mold release spray, wax, or varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long-term use.
- Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
- Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
