• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be easily removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried, and they can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast-drying environment for resin epoxy castings.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different sectors depending on your imagination, creating uniqueness in various industries.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and fully harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The average lifespan of the mold is generally 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and longevity.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
