Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, to ensure rapid curing of epoxy resin pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour into the mold and leave it to dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, while some of our models can be used for 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
