Epoxy Resin Coaster Mold - Leaf - MEDIUM

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried, and can withstand a high temperature environment between an average of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy castings.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly stir until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During stirring, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in removing epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
