• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a hot environment for rapid drying of resin epoxy casts.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some models can last up to 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold, as well as the way you use it and clean it, can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
