Multiple Ring Silicone Resin Epoxy Mold - 56 dia.17-22mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours that can be removed after the product has dried, capable of withstanding high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some mold models can last between 20-25 uses.

Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.

We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.

Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.

Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
